Even though we offer 100% customized services with hourly based fees, SitDuke.com also offers a packaged pricing system to make it easier for our clients to project the cost of establishing and maintaining their presence on the Web.

Budget Domain Web Site Package (with prices starting at $500):

For simple, information based websites. Prices will vary depending on the number of pages on the site. This option is popular with companies who just need to gain an Internet presence. This may include graphic content provided by the client, or included limited graphics provide by us.

Mid-Level Web Site Package (with prices start at $1,500):

Information based websites with a large amount of content. This option is popular with companies that have a list of services or products list, or for companies wanting to implement more of their business on the web. We can provide limited graphic content at no charge, or develop custom graphics tailored to a client’s needs for an additional. If it is appropriate, we can also develop a Mid-Level Web Site in Phases, along with any custom graphics, and provide a quote and timeline for implementing each phase of the Web Site. This allows for more payment flexibility for the development of more complicated, higher end, Web Sites.

Catalog (E-commerce) Web Site Package (with prices start at $2,500):

This is generally appropriate for product-oriented websites that are e-commerce enabled. This is popular with companies that have a desire to market heavily on the Internet or sell their products/services directly from the Web. Pricing will vary depending upon the size and complexity of the Web Site. This package usually includes graphics provided by the client. We can develop customer graphics tailored to a client’s needs for an additional charge. If it is appropriate, we can also develop a Mid-Level Web Site in Phases, along with any customized graphics, and provide a quote and timeline for implementing each phase of the Web Site. This allows for more payment flexibility for the development of more complicated, higher end, Web Sites.

Web Site Hosting (with prices starting $15.00 per month):

Depending on the type and size of the website, the price for hosting can vary greatly. The cost of hosting for most clients is $25 per month or less, but may vary based on the requirements for each site. This service is provided for companies that want one stop shopping for their Internet needs. We can work with a client to find the hosting plan that best suit the client’s needs.

Web Site Content Development ($50 - $125 per hour):

We can help develop content for a company Web Site, including the writing or editing of original content, such as articles or blog posts. This rate can also be negotiated as part of an Annual Maintenance Contract.

Web Site Maintenance – ($75 per hour):

Hourly charges for Web Site maintenance depend on the type of service. All time is billed in 6 minute increments, with a minimum of one hour charged for any month in which we perform maintenance. We may waive the minimum if we perform work on consecutive work days that spans more than one month. This plan is appropriate for companies needing occasional updates to their Web Site.

Web Site Maintenance Package – Contract Based (Contact us for a quote):

If a client requires ongoing web site maintenance, we can analyze the client’s needs, and provide a quote so that we can provide ongoing maintenance of the client’s Web Site.

Other Services (Contact us for a quote):

In additional to our Web Based services, we offer graphic design services. Logo Design and Branding: Working with our experienced graphic designers, we can work with a company help design a portable company logo for to use for branding on the web site, as well as on business cards and company stationery, and on brochures and other marketing materials.

Graphic Content Development:

While we can provide limited graphic content as we develop a Web Site, we can also develop the graphic content for a client’s web site in-house, specifically for use on the client’s Web Site. The client essentially purchases for us. These graphics are tailored to meet the client’s needs. The costs to produce customer graphics will vary based on the size and complexity of the graphics and the projects.
